To use the ChurchTrac option, it is important that the church office has your current email address.If you aren’t sure or want it added, please contact Fran at franczar@roadrunner.com or leave a message at the office.
The giving system will ask you to create an account. Complete and follow the screen prompts.
You need to enter the amount and the code for each part of your giving, similarly to filling our the front of your envelope. This is very important for the online giving. There is a drop down menu. (Example: current 2020 code 29, current missions code 51, loose giving – code 14.)
The system will ask you if you want to include an additional amount to cover processing fees. This is entirely optional and your decision but does help the church cover the cost of the program. Clicking that box will allow the system to calculate those fees and that plus what you are giving will be charged to your credit/debit card.
